CSLA .NET for CE was created by Keith Lawrence, and it is based on CSLA .NET 3.0.

There is little or no active work occurring on CSLA .NET for CE at this time.

I am hopeful that Microsoft will create a version of Silverlight for Windows CE, in which case CSLA .NET for Silverlight will be the preferred technology for building CSLA .NET applications on compact devices.
